Psychologist

Andrew is a Registered Psychologist with over eight years training and experience in mental health. Andrew works across a wide range off presentations including: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Work or Study Difficulties, Grief and Loss, Anger, Interpersonal/ Relationship Problems, and Bipolar (to name a few). Andrews therapy style focuses on empathy, compassion, and collaboration to achieve the best outcome. Andrew combines aspects of multiple therapies, with a main focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
